Retreats are an opportunity to put down the routines of life and make your self the priority.

Retreats will reveal the best parts of yourself and this human experience. It’s why ancient cultures globally have always had some element of retreat built into their lives.

A retreat is a rite of passage. An initiation into a different, better way of being. YOU are begin called to go inward and retreat from the ordinary world to find answers, community, insights and belonging you seek.

Sample Day on Retreat

6:30 am - Coffee or Tea Silent Hike to Movement Area

7:00 am - Meditation, breathwork, and movement session on the beach, followed by a morning dip.

8:30 am - Family Breakfast. Locally sourced, fresh and healthy meals catered by chefs who embrace local cuisine.

10:00 am - One of the following; 

  1. Movement workshop utilizing local terrain - explore, move, competition, games. 
  2. Tribe Builder - team competition physical strategy games. 
  3. Local Excursion 
  4. Masculine and Feminine Embodiment Practices

1:00 pmBuffet style primal feast and free time to relax in a hammock, swim, hang with new and old friends.

5:00 pm - Acrasia Method - Group mindset and self development exercises blended with our unique form of transcendental breath work.

7:00 pm - Family Dinner

8:30 pm Fire pit hangout and sharing or early bed
