Overview
Our “Fire” Retreat is our flagship program where we embrace the element of fire. The land, the environment, the movement, the breath, the inner work. This trip is here for those who wish to find answers, clarity, renewal and insight by facing the fire with a willingness to burn. Burn away the old to be reborn from the ashes. Join us in the jungle of Costa Rica near Dominical for 5 days on our flagship retreat. Experience deep immersion in healthy daily movement, mindset and self development programming, breath work, and human bonding that’s all held by the beautiful land on the shore of the lake.

This is what a day on retreat could look like:

Are you ready?
6:30 am - Coffee or Tea Silent Hike to Movement Area
7:00 am - Meditation, breathwork, and movement session, followed by a morning hike and dip in a local waterfall.
8:30 am - Family Breakfast. Locally sourced, fresh and healthy meals catered by chefs who embrace local cuisine.
10:00 am - One of the following;
- Movement workshop utilizing local terrain - explore, move, competition, games.
- Tribe Builder - team competition physical strategy games.
- Local Excursion
- Masculine and Feminine Embodiment Practices
1:00 pm - Buffet style primal feast and free time to relax in a hammock, swim in the pool or natural cold plunge, hang with new and old friends.
5:00 pm - Acrasia Method - Group mindset and self development exercises blended with our unique form of transformative breath work.
7:00 pm - Family Dinner
8:30 pm Fire pit hangout and sharing and making bad music together.

Farm of Life
A Beautiful and Remote Escape
Farm of Life is an intentionally remote location. It's in nature where healing and innerwork is heightened and expedited. While remote, it's also safe, welcoming, and comfortable. You won't want to leave.
FAQs
What airport do we fly into?
You will fly into San Jose Santa Maria International Airport.
Most guests will come in a day early, explore San Juan and find another guest to share a hotel with. You will be able to do this through our WhatsApp Group or during our preparatory Zoom sessions leading in.
How do we get to the property?
We will have a transport van pick you up from the airport the day of the retreat. We will recommend hotels that we find afforable, safe and close to the airport. However, you may choose your own, just plan to arrive on time for transport.
What is the property like?
You will be nestled on 42 acres of private jungle farmland. You will have access to trails, waterfalls, rivers, and a pool.
What is the food like?
We follow an ancestral health premise to nutrition with local sources. Varied animal proteins, fresh fruit, roots, tubers, vegetables and some dairy. We can also make adjustments for almost any dietary restriction.
Is there air conditioning?
No but the weather at night is typically very cool and refreshing to sleep in.
Is there Wifi?
Yes we will have Wifi. We just request that phones are left in the rooms or only used on breaks.
I am allergic to pets... are there any animals on site?
There will be at least 2 dogs, and a cat on site. They will not go into the guest rooms, but will be around the dining hall, and communal areas... sometimes on the furniture too.
What's the refund policy?
We try to work with everyone but also need to operate the business with integrity and transparency. So this is the most realistic refund policy we can offer. Please make sure it fits within what you're comfortable with as we have no room to budge on this.
Policy;
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you chose a payment plan, then your first payment counts as a deposit and is non-refundable.
Full payment, minus deposit is refundable 90 days before trip start date.
No refunds after 90 days before trip start date.
We also recommend getting trip insurance to cover the trip cost for any issues.
